Healthy Pancakes

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 egg
  • 40g oats
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened almond or coconut milk

METHOD:

  1. Melt a little coconut oil in a hot frying pan and fry on each side for about 60 seconds.
  2. Top with coconut yogurt, cinnamon and berries or other fruits.
