Overnight Oats

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40g whole oats
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds  
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon  
  • Toppings: 1 handful of berries and 1 tbsp pecan nuts

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Top with your choice of topping, put in the fridge overnight and it’s ready for you first thing in the morning!
